At Derbion we offer a wheelchair hire service from the Customer Service Desk, located outside Boots on Level 1.
It is a completely free service, however, we do ask to hold on to a form of photographic ID whilst the wheelchair is out. This can be a valid driver’s licence, passport or Gold Card/bus pass.
The Customer Service Desk is open at the following times:
Monday to Wednesday 9 am – 6 pm
Thursday and Friday 9 am – 8 pm
Saturday 9 am – 7 pm
Sunday 10.30 am – 4.30 pm
You are welcome to hire the wheelchair for an unlimited length of time on any day, as long as it is returned to Customer Services at least 30 minutes before we close.
